Peripheral Vein Catheter placement: left hand

(note: there is a huge gap in reporting hospital visits - basically we*re here every three weeks, transfusion happens if Hb < 100 and ferritin has gotten continuously lower and now hovers around 440-475, which is much better than last year, recent MRI scans have not shown significant iron overload either).
