V's Hb value was at 106 today so we could go home early. Pappa-V managed to donate some blood earlier than planned so somebody gets a refill in exchange :-) As V's Hb value was above the transfusion level, he was rescheduled first for Monday in a week. Now it's changed for friday this week as Uppsala didn't have any more blood for him next week and they want to use the bag they have in Falun. Fine with us of course! V also received a nice Christmas present with soft toys from Raja, the medical researcher studying blood disorders like Diamond-Blackfan Anemia, which made V super happy!
